In today’s episode, we’ll delve into the five key cons of buying a new development in Districts 9 and 10, to help you make an informed decision.

This can make it difficult for buyers to get a good deal, as they are paying more for a property that has yet to be built. In addition, new developments are often priced based on location and other factors that may not be known until the development is completed.
- Longer Wait Time: Another downside of buying a new development is that it can take several years for the development to be completed. This can be a long wait for buyers who are eager to move into their new home, and it can also be difficult for buyers to plan for the future when they are unsure of when their property will be ready.
