This strategy can help you avoid rushing for ABSD remission or managing two home loans simultaneously. The sales process often involves setting an initial price and gradually reducing it if responses are slow. However, if you cannot list on major property portals, you might need to prepare for a longer wait before receiving a decent offer. If you’re not in a rush to sell, this extended timeframe is less of a concern. Buyers who sell their current home first, rent temporarily, and then search for a new home are better positioned for an independent sale.
