When looking to buy a property in Singapore, it’s essential to know how to negotiate a good deal.

Here are 5 tips to help you secure the best possible price for your dream home:

1. Research the market: Before entering into negotiations, it’s crucial to have a thorough understanding of the property’s market value. Look at recent comparable sales in the area and consider the current market conditions. This information will give you a solid foundation for negotiating a fair price.

2. Get your finances in order: Having your finances sorted before making an offer shows the seller that you’re serious about purchasing the property.
