However, when it comes to choosing between a new development and a resale, there are pros and cons to consider. In today’s episode, we’ll delve into the five key cons of buying a new development in Districts 9 and 10, to help you make an informed decision.
- Higher Prices: One of the main cons of buying a new development is that these properties are often priced higher than resale properties. This can make it difficult for buyers to get a good deal, as they are paying more for a property that has yet to be built.
