However, this is not always the case. Singapore’s property prices tend to fluctuate over time, depending on factors such as the state of the economy, government policies, and supply and demand. For example, during an economic downturn, property prices may decrease, making it a more affordable time to invest. Additionally, the government has implemented various measures such as the Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD) and the Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) framework to control the market and avoid overheating, which can also affect the prices.
