Ensure that the person ‘s CEA (Singapore Council of Estate Agencies) registration number is registered. See Example >> CEA Public Registry
Make sure that the mobile number of the person is registered with CEA. See Example >> CEA Public Registered Number
Ensure that you are able to communicate and also liase with the person using the number registered with CEA.
If the person is not registered with CEAor the mobile number is not registered with CEA or you could not liase or communicate with the person using the CA registered mobile number. It is very likely to be a scam and you should immediately stop all communication with the person.
