Agents can leverage this “Fear Of Missing Out” (FOMO) to generate offers sooner, although it doesn’t always translate to a higher selling price. This makes mid-sized condos (300-400 units) near key amenities attractive to some owner-investors.

Constantly boosting listings to the top of property portals can be expensive.
